That Girl
Atalya Shira Navon
Shira, a teenage girl from a kibbutz in northern Israel, begins working at the kibbutz fish ponds. Working in the same place where her mother once worked in her youth brings a story from the past to the surface, one that continues to echo in the present. As Shira attempts to understand her mother’s scar, she discovers that her own coming of age is drawing closer to her mother’s.
